Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Mojood sells imported and third-party manufactured products, including 3D printers and related equipment. Because these products are not manufactured by Mojood and are supplied by external vendors, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives physically damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

After reviewing the evidence, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer or supplier for possible support or warranty service.
