You can return any item within 24 hours of delivery. After that, returns won’t be accepted.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Must be returned with all original packaging

We double-check every item before shipping, so please inspect your order on delivery.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 7–14 days. This includes shipping, inspection, and bank processing time.

Shipping Info:

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 days of payment

• Flat delivery fee: KWD 2 (within Kuwait)

• Shipping fee is shown at checkout
